You are eligible for the NDIS if you live in Australia, are an Australian citizen, hold a permanent Visa or a Protected Special Category Visa, and: you are aged between 7 and 65 and usually need support from a person, because of a permanent and significant disability; or you are aged between 0 and 6 and have a developmental delay or disability that requires early intervention now to reduce future needs. To access plan management, you need to have Improved Life Choices included in your NDIS plan. You can request this to be included at any planning meeting or review. If you have a current plan that has Improved Life Choices included already, then you can head over to our sign-up page. If you have a current plan that does not have Improved Life Choices included, you need to contact your planner or LAC and request a 'soft touch' review of your NDIS plan to have plan management incorporated. Plan management incurs no out-of-pocket expenses. As long as you have Improved Life Choices with plan management funding included in your plan, all fees are covered under the NDIA.
