To be eligible for the NDIS, you must meet the following criteria:
Age: You must be under 65 years of age at the time of your application.
Residency: You must live in Australia and be:
An Australian citizen, or
A permanent resident, or
A Protected Special Category Visa holder.
Disability: You must have a permanent and significant disability that substantially impacts your ability to perform daily activities. Alternatively, if you're under 9 years old, you may be eligible if early intervention supports are likely to reduce future support needs.

To access plan management, you need to have Improved Life Choices included in your NDIS plan. You can request this at any planning meeting or review.
If you already have Improved Life Choices in your plan, you can proceed to our Join Now page. If not, contact your planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) to request a review to include plan management.

Plan management incurs no out-of-pocket expenses. As long as you have Improved Life Choices with plan management funding included in your plan, all fees are covered under the NDIA.

Signing up is easy! You can complete our online form or request a call through our contact page, and we’ll guide you through every step.
We’ll organise the service agreement and NDIS endorsement with you, so you can get started quickly and effortlessly.

We are based in Queensland, but provide plan management services Australia-wide!
Wherever you are in Australia, you can email, call, or organise a video call with our team. Plan management is mostly remote, so we can support you no matter where you live.
