  • Am I eligible for the NDIS?
    You are eligible for the NDIS if you live in Australia, are an Australian citizen, hold a permanent Visa or a Protected Special Category Visa, and: you are aged between 7 and 65 and usually need support from a person, because of a permanent and significant disability; or you are aged between 0 and 6 and have a developmental delay or disability that requires early intervention now to reduce future needs.   • How can I get plan management added to my NDIS plan?
    To access plan management, you need to have Improved Life Choices included in your NDIS plan. You can request this to be included at any planning meeting or review. If you have a current plan that has Improved Life Choices included already, then you can head over to our sign-up page. If you have a current plan that does not have Improved Life Choices included, you need to contact your planner or LAC and request a 'soft touch' review of your NDIS plan to have plan management incorporated.   • How much does plan management cost?
    Plan management incurs no out-of-pocket expenses. As long as you have Improved Life Choices with plan management funding included in your plan, all fees are covered under the NDIA.
  • How do I sign up for plan management?
    You can complete our online form, or you can send an enquiry through our contact page to request a call to sign up over the phone.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Queensland, but provide plan management services Australia wide!
  • What are your business hours?
    We are available Monday to Friday 9AM to 4PM AEST.
